CRYSTAL PANCIPANCI TO ‘REWERK’ ANNUAL GOODWILL GOES GLAM! FASHION SHOW SET FOR JULY 18

Goodwill Goes GLAM! presented by Bank of Hawaii Foundation is getting “PANCIfied” as Crystal Pancipanci, founder of PANCI Style LLC , takes on the role of creative director and producer of Goodwill Hawaii’s annual fashion show to kick-off the three-day signature fundraising event at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall, July 18-20.

In the 13th installment of the Goodwill Goes GLAM! Fashion Show, PANCI will curate, style, and design the ultimate thrifted trend show of vintage treasures, upcycled pieces and chic designer-inspired looks re-WERKed. The looks from the runway will be available for purchase at the GLAM! Sale, which opens immediately following the show and will also feature top Goodwill finds, including designer fashions and accessories, vintage housewares, and one-of-a-kind collectibles all curated from donations received by the community.

“Goodwill Goes GLAM! is such a fantastic event because it’s all about fashion for a good cause,” said PANCI. “Thrifting and shopping vintage is a huge fashion movement, and as a fashion stylist, it’s about the thrill of the hunt to find those perfect pieces and transform them into something special for your wardrobe. I’m constantly amazed by the incredible finds at Goodwill, and the possibilities are endless. I believe that understanding the difference between fashion and style empowers us to express ourselves authentically. Fashion is about trends, while style reflects personal values and identity. I’m honored and excited to produce, style, and curate this year’s fashion show, adding some extra glam for Good.”

“We’re so excited and grateful to be working with Crystal Pancipanci,” said Katy Chen, Goodwill Hawaii president & CEO. “Her reputation as a guru of all things fashion and beauty precedes herself, and we can’t wait to see what she has in store for us this year.”

Crystal Pancipanci is set to grace the GLAM! Runway for the second time in event history, following her previous stint styling a collection alongside other creatives for the 2012 show. PANCI is currently working in the costume department for a new TV show production filming in Hawaii.
