How to Use Hana Hou Rewards Card

Present your Hana Hou Rewards Card (collectively referred to as Card) to the cashier prior to having your items scanned at checkout. For each dollar your spend using the Hana Hou Rewards Card at Goodwill Hawaii, you will receive one Hana Hou Point unless otherwise stated. Your Hana Hou Point balance is printed on the bottom of your receipt when you shop with your Card. Hana Hou Points will expire after twelve months from issue date.

For every Hana Hou Point accumulated, you will receive 5% back in Hana Hou Rewards Value, which acts as store credit to use toward a future purchase. Your accumulated Hana Hou Rewards Value is printed on the bottom of your receipt when you shop with your Card. The Rewards Value has no cash value and is not transferable and non-refundable. Your Hana Hou Rewards Value in partial or full may be redeemed at any time by presenting your Hana Hou Rewards Card to the cashier with any purchase. The Rewards Value may only be redeemed by the cardholder unless cardholder authorizes to do otherwise. Your Hana Hou Reward Points will be deducted from your account when the Rewards Value is redeemed.

Your Hana Hou Rewards Card

Upon enrollment in the Hana Hou Rewards Program, you will be issued a Hana Hou Rewards Card. If your Hana Hou Rewards Card is destroyed, lost, or stolen, and/or a replacement permanent Hana Hou Rewards Card is issued to you at your request, Goodwill Hawaii cannot guarantee that Hana Hou Points earned on the destroyed, lost or stolen permanent Hana Hou Rewards Card will be carried over and transferred to your replacement permanent Hana Hou Rewards Card account. This Card is personal to the Holder, and Rewards will only be issued to the Holder. Card is good only at participating Goodwill Hawaii stores. Holder fully understands and agrees to Goodwill Hawaii’s use of Holder’s name, address, phone number and purchasing information as stated in the Privacy Policy section below. Holder releases Goodwill Hawaii, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to the Hana Hou Rewards Program. Goodwill Hawaii reserves the right to discontinue the program and its privileges at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY

General

We may release customer information as required or permitted to do so by federal, state, or local law, to respond to duly authorized information requests of legal or governmental regulatory authorities, or to enforce or protect the legal rights, property, or operations of Goodwill Hawaii, its employees, its agents or its customers.

Hana Hou Rewards Card

Goodwill Hawaii collects information on Hana Hou Member transactions that are stored electronically in our database. This information may be used internally as part of special merchandising and promotion programs. We may from time to time disclose non-personally identifiable compilations of information to third parties for marketing related purposes. If you choose not to participate in our internal marketing programs, we will honor your request to have your name(s) removed from our database for internal marketing programs. Mail a written request to the Hana Hou Rewards Program address stated below with a statement similar to: “I request that you remove my name from the Hana Hou Rewards database for use in Goodwill Hawaii marketing programs. I do not wish to receive marketing materials through the mail or e-mails.”

It is the policy of Goodwill Hawaii that we do not sell, rent, or relinquish personally identifiable information to third party vendors, suppliers, or marketers. We recognize that transaction data is a resource that we use on a confidential basis to improve customer service, lower costs and create personalized merchandising and marketing programs for Hana Hou Members. Except as described above, we will not release information you provide to us in connection with the Hana Hou Rewards Program, except as required or permitted to do so by federal, state, or local law, to respond to duly authorized information requests of legal or governmental regulatory authorities, or to enforce or protect the legal rights, property, or operations of Goodwill Hawaii, its employees, its agents or its customers.
